Standard coverage is provided at $2.00 per pound. Additional insurance coverage is available for purchase. To file a claim:

• Written notice must be provided within 30 days
• Original packaging and documentation must be preserved
• Proof of value and damage must be provided
• Claims will be processed within 30 business days

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Government actions and regulations
